Missoni was founded in 1953 by Ottavio and Rosito Missoni when they set up a small knitwear workshop in Gallarate, Italy. Today 67 years later, Missoni remains largely a family owned company with the founder’s granddaughter, Angela, currently the Creative Director and President.
